Hello, I am Mo James, an INELDA-trained end-of-life doula based in Nederland, Colorado. I serve Nederland and the surrounding mountain region. I provide nurturing and compassionate care during an extremely vulnerable time for families, loved ones or individuals. I believe all people deserve to die with dignity and autonomy. Your end of life plan can look exactly the way you would like, and I am here to help facilitate that!
I listen to you and your care team’s needs, wants and desires.
I offer a wide array of services depending on your needs; from bedside vigil sitting, light housework, end of life paperwork, legacy work and more. My hope is to alleviate the additional strains of the dying process to allow the care team to be present with their loved ones as I offer support to all involved.
I am experienced in supporting families who have utilized the MAiD (Medical Aid in Dying) program and also have certification from from AADM (Academy of Aid-in-Dying Medicine) for end-of-life doulas.
